Margaret had intense back pain and everyone thought she needed to lay down and rest but she didn't want to take time off from her heavy lifting job. Janice taught her movements to do to manage her pain to stay at work while continuing treatment until she recovered. At 40, she has taken up trail running and boxing and is looking forward to being even more fit at age 50. Janice is very committed to her craft I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a very straightforward logical approach that gets results quickly. I had been dealing with shoulder pain (which necessitated a $550 steroid injection which provided very little relief) and after a few days of simple 10 minute exercises, I was 70% free of pain. I was also planning on doing very expensive PRP injections ($1500), but now don't feel the need.
